PI71064: Z/OSMF COMMON WIDGET TOOLBAR FUNCTIONS SUCH AS "ADD ROW" DO NOT WORK PROPERLY

Error description

• Multiple z/OSMF plugins deploy a set of "common widgets". One
  such widget is a toolbar with a set of action buttons such as
  "Add Row" and "Remove Row". In some cases these actions will not
  work correctly. For example, the "Add Row" button may instead
  remove rows from the current table. This issue can be seen in
  the Comm Server Configuration Plugin, but the common widget
  functionality is portable across multiple zOSMF plugins.
  

Local fix

• Use the "Actions" drop down menu to perform the toolbar actions
  if you note that the toolbar actions are not working correctly.
