Problem

GPM doesn't load after update of browser's JAVA plugin to JAVA 6 (com.sun.deploy.net.FailedDownloadException: Unable to load resource: http://:/gbm/pmodeler/FlowBuilder.jar)

Symptom

When clicking "GO" next to "Run Graphical Process Modeler" on GIS' Admin Console Home, starting JAVA WebStart will finally result in an error including a JAVA stack trace.
