file system adapter fails with error java.io.IOException: Cannot create directory
Symptom
file system adapter fails with error java.io.IOException: Cannot create directory.
This happens when the adapter has a dynamic folder name and two processes try to create the same folder name at the same time. One process will succeed and create the folder. The second process will fail.
