Sterling Gentran:Server for Windows Adding a Client Error: Setup has failed to find the system in the Windows registry.

Symptom

Installing or Adding a Gentran client to the Gentran Server main controller system.
Error Message: Setup has failed to find the system in the Windows registry. Please contact
your system administrator and ensure you have read/write access to the
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Sterling Commerce" key on the primary system controller.
