APAR status

Error description

• INSERT results in an incorrect number of logical children.  This
  is reflected in a subsequent extract of the data base and not in
  the number of insertions reported.

  One of the logical parents in the data base was defined with no
  sequence field but with POINTER=NOTWIN.  Optim failed to
  recognize this as a unique segment instance and incorrectly
  inserted some of the logical children under the wrong physical
  parents.
  

Problem conclusion

• Optim has been modified to recognize POINTER=NOTWIN as a unique
  instance of the segment.
