Error description

• Customer issued command:
  MVS SETXCF COUPLE,PSWITCH,TYPE=LOGR
  -
  The Primary and Alternate CDS (Couple Dataset) need to be in
  sync before the PSWITCH can be issued. To confirm this,
  customers can enter command D XCF,CPL,TYPE=LOGR. If the CDS
  datasets are not in sync, the following error message is
  issued:
  IXC248E COUPLE DATA SET
  SYS1.hlqPLEX.SFM.CDSP ON VOLSER xxxxxx
  FOR SFM MAY BE IN USE BY ANOTHER SYSPLEX.

  When GDPS Sysplex CDS management issues command
  SETXCF COUPLE,PSWITCH,TYPE=XXX
  The Primary and Alternate CDS (Couple Dataset) need to be in
  sync before the PSWITCH can be issued.
  If the CDS datasets are not in sync, the following error
  message is issued on command D XCF,CPL,TYPE=CDS_Type.
