PI36645: AN ERROR CAN OCCUR WHEN TABLE FILTERS PARAMETER IS SET TO 'N' ONTHE "EXECUTE DYNAMIC SQL IN BATCH: FAST APPLY" PANEL

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• On the "Execute Dynamic SQL in Batch: Fast Apply" panel, there
  is an option to use table filters. If JCL is generated without
  table filters after table filters have been used to generate JCL
  within the same ISPF session, the submitted job ends with RC=8
  and the following messages:
                              Error with last filter.
                              Failed parsing command file.
  
  NOTE: Users must exit and re-enter the Log Analysis ISPF panels
       after generating the JCL with Table Filters and before
       generating JCL without Table Filters to prevent this error.

• Exit and then re-enter the Log Analysis ISPF panels before
  generating the JCL without Table Filters.
