Error description

• If a user supplies a valid DSN for the REPORT prompt within the
  JOBCARD options the user may receive an 'Data Set Invalid'
  message even though the DSN identifies a valid data set.

  Some Optim processes modify the DCB attributes of the DSN
  associated with the PSDFRPRT DD to optimize the blocking factor.
  The logic within the verification of the data set being defined
  within the JOBCARD options panel was enforcing specific DCB
  values that may have been changed internally.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been modified to recognize DCB attributes that may
  have been changed by a previously executed Optim process.
