• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer needs to execute the Optim TRACE while accessing a
  remote DB2 subsystem using the =RLOC= parameter. The TRACE is
  not being activated and the following error is being reported:

  The processing of Optim BATCH parameters does not allow for both
  parameters of =RLOC and =TRACE to be specified at the same time.
  

Problem conclusion

• o Optim/z code will be changed to allow for =TRACE parameter to
  be specified in addition to the =RLOC parameter.
  Please see the example JCL below.  Note the PARM field is
  extending over multiple lines and continued on the next line
  with the =TRACE keyword starting in column 16.
