PI26407: SORT FAILURE AND/OR C03 ABEND

Error description

• A sort failure and/or C03 abend may occur under the following
  conditions: running a LAT job in log backward mode on a DB2 V11
  data sharing subsystem where the BSDS has been converted to
  allow the extended LRSN/RBA format, and the internal table data
  is still in the non-extended format.
