Error description

• Rollup APAR to provide support for future enhancements.  This
  APAR addresses the following issues:
  
    1) PRINTX doesn't work for LINK64 apps when PTR offset not 0
    2) Enhance FEC$SPRM service to support data sharing
       (group attach name)
    3) SVC26 return failed locate DSName
