PI22430: ABEND IN IMBESQLSESSION::LOCKFLOW FUNCTION DURING A DEPLOY.

Error description

• An abend occurs in the ImbESQLSession::lockFlow during a
  deploy of a message flow containing a Mapping node that
  uses custom ESQL in the map. If the the ESQL contains an
  error, then an abend may occur during the validation
  phase and will produce a traceback stack similar to the
  following:

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  An abend may occur during the validation phase when deploying a
  message flow containing a Mapping node if it uses custom ESQL
  that contains an error.
  
  There are a number of resource name changes between WebSphere
  Message Broker and IBM Integration Bus Version 9.0. For details

Problem conclusion

• The product now catches any exceptions resulting from the
  invalid Mapping node ESQL during the validation phase.
