  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * Optim/z users invoking the FOPD2EXE ISPF edit macro to       *
  * execute SQL statements embedded within an application source *
  * program targeting a DB2 subsystem running at release 8.1.5   *
  * or higher may experience a -516 SQL error indicating the     *
  * statement has not been processed by the DB2 'Prepare'        *
  * utility.                                                     *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Apply the provided fix.                                      *
  * A rebind of the Optim/z packages is required following       *
  * application of this fix.                                     *
  ****************************************************************
  Due to a programming error Optim/z was not performing the
  required DB2 'Describe' request from the same DBRM the 'Prepare'
  request was made.  This resulted in a -516 SQL error.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been modified to correct the error and the
  'Describe' is performed from the same DBRM as the 'Prepare'.
