PI15748: RECOVER BCS: EXPIRATION DATE 9999.999 INCORRECT OUTPUT

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a catalog has been defined or altered with a permanent
  expiration date via FOR(9999) or FOR(93000), the expiration
  date after recovery is 0000.000 instead of 9999.999.
  .
  An intermittent MCS Console Error - "MCSOPMSG GETMSG RC=12"
  condition is also fixed with this change. This error can occur
  during moments of high console traffic unrelated to RECOVER.
