PH17366: ADD SUPPORT FOR SEGMENT AND PARENT RBAS TO IMS-DIRECT AND SEQUENCING FOR IMS JOINS

Error description

• Informatica customers interested loading relational tables from
  IMS-Direct that will be updated by the CDC tool need RBA
  information to use as CDC update keys segments that do not have
  unique sequence fields. Both the segment RBA and parent RBA are
  needed for complete CDC support.
  ---
  IMS joins do not work correctly for virtual tables mapped on
  segments whose parent segment type does not have a unique
  sequence field. PARENT_ID/CHILD_ID is based on the IMS PCB key
  feedback area, and therefore will not contain enough identifying
  information for unsequenced and nob-uniquely sequenced parents
  to join with child segments. This enhancement also adds sequence
  numbers usable in addition to PARENT_ID/CHILD_ID so IMS joins
  work correctly.
