PH12914: ABEND S0C3 AND INCREASE NUMBER OF DIRECT CHILDREN A IMS SEGMENT CAN HAVE

Error description

• After applying PTF UI63843, users of IMS-Direct will fail with
  SRB SYSTEM ABEND X'0C3' AT RUNNOW/AVZDLICD
  Currently we allow only 15 direct children for any Segment in
  IMS.  We need to increase the number of direct children a
  segment can have.
