PH09303: /POLICY/INSTANCES POST API DOCUMENTATION OR BEHAVIOR ISSUE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• - run /policy/instances POST API with Json content which has
  "databaseNames", "schemaNames" and "subsystem" fields according
  to the swagger doc, but the API returns: invalid "databaseNames"
  field.
  - after changing "databaseNames" to "databaseName" (w/o plural),
  the API worked. Same for "schemaNames". Had to remove
  "subsystem" field from the input Json to run the API.
  - the provisioned instance didn't actually use the input
  databaseName, nor schemaName. If DOE is gonna generate the names
  by its own, then it should offer these fields in the input.
  The code behavior and doc don't match.
