Error description

  • Point and Shoot processing only supports simple quoted strings.
    When the data values cannot be converted to the plan CCSID the
    value cannot be included in the list.

Problem summary

    GX, UX and BX syntax was not supported.
    

Problem conclusion

  • GX, UX and BX syntax is now supported.  Optim will generate
    lists using the UX syntax when the column value cannot be
    converted to the plan CCSID.  Optim will now accept GX, UX and
    BX syntax when processing lists.
