Problem
SFG: unable to login to MyFileGateway with an user name that has '-' or hyphen in the name
Symptom
After creating a partner using the Participant partner creation wizard in Sterling File Gateway,
the partner or user is not able to login to MyFileGateway with an user name that has '-' or hyphen in the name.
