Problem
Sterling Control Center cannot retrieve information from Sterling Integrator with error CGIS048E.
Symptom
Sterling Control Center (SCC) cannot retrieve information from Sterling Integrator (SI), the SI icon displays an interrogation mark and no data is displayed.
The SCC log displays the error below:
Error Message 30 Mar 2011 12:04:15,653 74749515 [Sterling File Gateway(3)] WARN GISUtil - CGIS048E Error getting data from server. Protocol: HTTP Host Name: TestHost.com Port: 10040 User ID: admin Reason: Unknown
