The following chain of messages are issued when a virtual tape
is to be be read using a PAT alias volume. Thereafter the job
    is EQC-ed by VTFM.

    1. On the job log:
       HVT308I / /S1 /SYSUT1 /EC0001/ZZ0000/M20.EC0001

    2. On the server log:
       HVT022I MOUNTTAP ACCEPTED FOR VOLUME=ZZ0000(ZZ0000), CUU=040
       HVT332E I/O ERROR ON VOLUME=ZZ0000, RC=18 (READ FROM
               NON-EXISTING TAPE)

    Additional symptoms:
    1. ZZ0000 is a PAT alias volume.
    2. HVT022I message lists ZZ0000 as the virtual tape real volume
       serial number.

In the above scenario, VTFM attempts to read the non-existing
ZZ0000 virtual tape (which in fact is a PAT alias volume).
It should have rather read the real VTFM tape using the PAT
    alias volume, hence the failure.

This problem is caused by an internal logic flaw that under
certain timing circumstances lets VTFM clear the internal PAT
entry before it is being used by the mount process.

The fix delays the internal PAT entry clear so that it is
cleared only after it is used by the mount process.
