Problem

CNCD022E Error connecting to server Error: Connection Exception! Unexpected IOException in CommunicationBuffer::Rece

Symptom

Error when using Sterling Control Center "Test Connection" button to test connection between SCC and a C:D zOS node

SCC was specifying mainframe password in lower case. This is not converted to upper case.
