P100757: This fix prevents an interactive parallel job from exiting with the SIGPROF signal when resizing its terminal window.

Error description

Interactive parallel job signals are not forwarded to the job
tasks correctly. For example on RHEL 6, opening a terminal
window, submitting the job "bsub -I -n 1 blaunch sleep 9999" and
 then once the job starts, resizing the terminal window triggers
 SIGWINCH (28). This signal is then forwarded and then
incorrectly interpreted as SIGPROF (27) causing the parallel job
 to be terminated.
