Problem

Graphical Process Modeler (GPM) stencils > All Services are not visible.

Symptom

Customer upgraded from GIS 411 patch 1981 to 1984. Graphical Process Modeler (GPM) stencils are not visible if the user id, password includes special characters such as ”&” or “#” or numbers.
