Problem
LSMG262I - User does not have permission to override SNODEID when Remote Node Id override=No
Symptom
A process was failing with LSMG262I on a Sterling Connect:Direct for Windows SNODE although SNODEID was not specified in the process. The problem only occurred when the remote submitter Id was proxied to a local userid that had 'Remote Node Id' (snodeid override) set to No.

LSMG262I - User &USERID does not have permission to override SNODEID
