IBM Sterling Connect:Direct Windows fails to start: Failed to Initialize TCQ Subsystem
Symptom
Starting IBM Sterling Connect:Direct for Windows Server fails with error: Failed to Initialize TCQ Subsystem. The Database is up and running, but IBM Sterling Connect:Direct ODBC entries are not showing up in the ODBC Data Source Administrator under System DSN.
Running CD Database Wizard (DBWiz) manually does not give any errors, but the ODBC entries are still not showing afterwards.
Error Message
Application Event ID=20 Failed to Initialize TCQ Subsystem.
Connect:Direct ODBC entries not showing in ODBC Data Source Administrator under System DSN.
