Problem

Sterling Control Center generating false SLC alerts for a process that runs and completes on time

Symptom

Sterling Control Center generating false SLC alerts for a process that runs and completes on time.

 

The process ran and completed earlier than the SLC NERs, but well within the Window Tolerance of 1 hour set in the SLC. The Database Events Report does show that the filename, Submitter, NERs, etc. are all correct to where the SLC should have been hit.

            Sterling Control Center, Release 4.2.02
