    If any of the above zHPF features is omitted in DEVSUPxx when
    issuing SET DEVSUP=xx and that feature was previously disabled
    via another method, F DEVMAN,DISABLE(HPF:{4|6|8}) command, the
    feature remains disabled after SET DEVSUP=xx is issued.  An
    IEA253I message is only logged when a feature is specified in
    DEVSUPxx member of SYS1.PARMLIB.

    The zHPF features are not currently displayed via the new
    D DEVSUP command, introduced in z/OS V2R4, as the intent for
    these options is to be used only at the direction of the
    system programmer or IBM Service support.  However, the zHPF
    features can be displayed via the F DEVMAN,REPORT command.
