OA55500: SSI 80 REQUEST FOR QUEUE POSITION STTRQPOS CAN FAIL WHEN FILTERED ON JOBID

Error description

• If an SSI 80 (Extended Status Function Call) is made to query
  queue position, and is filtered based on JOB ID, the call can
  fail if there is exactly 1 job in the queue.
  
  This is due to the way that a count is decremented in HASCSISC.
  Near label ESTBLOSL in HASCISC, we perform a JCT against R2 in
  order to fix an erroneous count. However, if there is exactly 1
  element in the queue, we will fall through and end the loop.
  
  This JCT call is present in V2R1, V2R2 and V2R3.
  

Local fix

• Filtering on JOBNAME and OWNER should work properly if the
  filter on JOBID fails.
