Problem
Upgrade 4.1.1 to 4.3 error - ORA-02437: cannot validate (GIS.TRANS_CERT_PK) - primary key violated
Symptom
Upgrade fails when upgrading a system that has multiple certificates associated to a transport.
Error MessageWhen upgrading from 4.1.1 to 4.3 the upgrade fails with the following error in the installSI.log:
Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-02437: cannot validate (GIS.TRANS_CERT_PK) - primary key violated
This has also shows on a DB2 system with the error:
Caused by: com.ibm.db2.jcc.a.SqlException: DB2 SQL error: SQLCODE: -673, SQLSTATE: 23515, SQLERRMC: TRANS_CERT_PK
