Problem

Edimgr.exe is crashing after login (SCI85321)

Symptom

Nothing logged in the Gentran Audit Log other than a the message '5-1-5: Audit Notification Service Started'
Process control events execute but do not do anything
Gentran Desktop crashes with a Dr. Watson after entering the username and password to login.
No component on the system (process control, mailbox system, Edimgr, etc) that has to connect to the Gentran Audit Notification Service to retrieve and EventID or log an entry in the Gentran Audit Log is working.
Error in the Windows System Log: Unable to create EventIDServer object from ANServer. Error returned by ANServer: 0x80070006 The handle is invalid.
Error in the Windows System Log: Unable to create AuditLogger object from ANServer. Error returned by ANServer: 0x80070006 The handle is invalid.
All components on the system that have to connect to the Gentran Audit Notification Service to retrieve and EventID or log an entry in the Gentran Audit Log are failing
