APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
Network install fails if the service tools adapter is using a
576F Ethernet adapter and is configured to use a specific VLAN
ID.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA45034 :
-----------------------------
The service tools TCP/IP stack incorrectly sent ARP packets with
no VLAN tag header instead of the correct VLAN header. This
causes the packets to be sent on the port's default VLAN rather
than the specified VLAN. This issue only affects the 576F
Ethernet adapter; other adapters will not exhibit this problem.

This PTF corrects this problem so that the service tools TCP/IP
stack operates correctly when configured with a specific VLAN ID
with all supported adapters.
