APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
Send an informational message to a standard (nonprogram) message
queue like QSYSOPR, QHST, user profile message queues, etc.
During the send operation, if damage or corruption was detected
in the message queue and the queue was recovered such that the
message was sent to the queue, the process is left masked. This
means event processing stops for the job that did the send
operation. For example, the attention key will not work and the
Display Log (DSPLOG) command does not work because both of these
functions use event processing.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE52721 :
-----------------------------
A change will be made so the send message function does not
leave the process masked after recovering from a damaged or
corrupted message queue.
