Acknowledgements are not reconciling Outbound Documents

Symptom


  • Outbound documents are not reconciled
  • Functional acknowledgements do not reconcile correctly with the sent outbound document
  • Outbound document shows "overdue" in the Out Drawer, yet a 997 functional acknowledgement (FA)
    was received
