Troubleshooting
Problem
How do you define the local appliance in a SLM Peer Group in IBM WebSphere DataPower SOA Appliances?
Symptom
Peer groups enable the exchange of SLM data among a group of DataPower Appliances. When creating the membership list, it is necessary to include the local appliance being configured. If the DNS resolved hostname for the current local appliance is entered into the membership list, the configuration will be invalid.
