** Troubleshooting ** error "Can't connect to FAP database" when using 'FAP Connect' (FAP client)

Troubleshooting


Problem

User launches the FAP client (from the start menu). Inside the 'FAP Connect' (logon) screen, the user types in the values for 'Database type, Server, Database, Username and Password'.
User clicks "Log in". User receives error message.

Login failed
Can't connect to FAP database
