Troubleshooting
Problem
Administrator reconfigures Controller to change security method from the default ("Native") to "Cognos8". As part of this, the setting for "Allow anonymous access" is changed from the default ("True") to "False". After restarting the Cognos report service, user launches Controller. User receives error message.
