Problem
When publishing rule artifacts to RTS through an Oracle Database, the publish process fails with the error: Apr 11, 2011 3:48:03 PM ilog.rules.teamserver.web.rs4jsync.syncutil.IlrUpdateCommitHelper addError WARNING: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00972: identifier is too long
