Problem
The 'savefile' value is no longer a supported value for the response attribute of the dp:url-open extension element. An alternative for its usage is presented below.
Symptom
Even though 'savefile' is deprecated as of 3.8.0, code that uses it would continue to work through releases 3.8.0.x and 3.8.1.x. Once support is removed from the product in 3.8.2, code that still uses it will fail, and error message "invalid response type 'savefile' when fetching url xxx" will be logged.
