Troubleshooting
Problem
The GlobalCache was enabled on YAML file, but the Catalog Server is not being started.
Some evidences indicating the Global Cache is not running:
- Error when running the mqsicacheadmin command:
C:\Program Files\IBM\ACE\11.0.0.7\server> mqsicacheadmin TESTGC -c listHosts
BIP8477E: No global cache catalog server endpoints were found.- Error when trying to send a message to the message flow:
BIP7191E: The message flow failed to connect to the global cache. The global cache 'cacheOn' property is set to false. All cache components are unavailable. : MbCacheManager.java: 759: getConnection: : </text></detail>Symptom
The expected port for the Global Cache is not listed in the netstat -an output.
