Unable to edit User Profile Information after upgrade

Troubleshooting


Problem

Attempts to edit user profile information in IBM Rational Team Concert after a recent upgrade results in failure saving user.

Symptom

When trying to edit a user profile in the web user interface, the following error will be seen:


Saving user failed.ID CRJAZ1534E
"more than one mapping for item with id _yTqC4GIiEeCTooVZiOGEjg"

In the jazz.log, the corresponding error will be found:
2011-04-10 09:33:22,278 [jazz: AsynchronousTaskRunner-2] ERROR com.ibm.team.repository - CRJAZ1455E Error encountered when synchronizing user data between servers in the background. The synchronizer will silently continue to attempt to synchronize the data.
com.ibm.team.repository.service.compatibility.util.http.CrossServerHttpClient$RestCommunicationException: Internal Server Error
