Problem

ITIC does not transfer "Unrecognized Software" / "Unmatched registry Entries" from TAD4D

Resolving The Problem

"Unrecognized Software" panel has changed its name in TAD4D 7.2.1/TAD4d 7.2.2 to "Unmatched registry Entries" for better understanding of what it is.
This panel shows packages found by TAD4D that cannot be matched with any
product in the catalog which means we TAD4D does not know what that
product is. For that reason it is not stored in the list of Installed product and is
not brought over to TAMIT nor it should.

'Unrecognized Software' or 'Unmatched Registry Entries'(new name) panel
was designed to help customer to determine some 'unrecognized software'
which according to them should be added to the catalog and they have a
SwKBT tool exactly to do that. Once it is in the catalog it will be
detected by TAD4D as known product and migrated to TAMIT.
