Problem
CE_Operations component adaptor unable to process all the work items in the CE_Operations component queue.
Symptom
Both the message panel for CE_Operations in Process Task Manager and fnlog4j.properties output did not show any error. But only some work items were processed from CE_Operations queue, the remaining work items were left in locked status. The work items were locked again even after stopping all the component managers in the environment and unlocking the work items using Process Administrator.
