Problem
IBM Support might have difficulty arriving at a definite diagnosis or ascertaining root cause of certain problem behaviors using only the data initially collected in the client environment. When this occurs, additional information may be required for more in-depth analysis or for a possible recreate attempt by IBM Support.
Symptom
Many times, problems have external influences such as network latency, load, timing, or other factors that can trigger a problem to occur. Those external influences may not be obvious at first but still need to be factored into problem determination. They may be vital to any attempt by IBM Support to recreate the issue or in performing root cause analysis.
