Problem
After installing new Stage Types or updating existing Stage Types via patch or FixPack in a High-Availability (HA) Environment, the expected Stage Type changes are missing in the DataStage Designer.
Symptom
Expected Stage Type changes or additions are missing from the DataStage Designer.
