Abstract

Investigate User reported problem link disappeared from
application

Error Description

When a fix is applied to a base product the User reported link
on the product's details page is removed.

Problem Summary

When a fix/upgrade is applied to an existing product already
installed the Investigate User-reported Problem link on the
details page is no longer visible.  The main issue is the base
product install adds an "Investigate user-reported problem" link
to any ISV application successfully imported and installed but
the fix processing did not include this step.

Problem Conclusion

Added the additional "Investigate user-reported problem"
advanced admin step to the fix processing code.  Now for base
product installs as well as fixes, the advanced admin link will
be visible.
