Problem
Connections and db2start are slow after enabling DB2 LDAP Security Plug-ins with FOLLOW_REFERALS=true
Symptom
After enabling the DB2 LDAP Security plug-ins, attempts to connect to the database or start the database manager with db2start take a long time to complete.
