Unable to open COLD documents in IBM FileNet IDM Web Services

Troubleshooting


Problem

When using the Open action in IDM Web Services, COLD documents are not displayed completely. The issue does not occur if using the View action.

Symptom

The reported error is:
Error retrieving background image
