Troubleshooting
Problem
User launches "IBM Cognos FAP" from the start menu. The logon screen ("FAP Connect") appears. User fills in the details (for example 'Database type' etc.) and clicks 'Log in'. User receives error message.
Symptom
Can’t connect to FAP database
