Problem
This technote describes a "No repository found" error that can occur when trying to install help using a remote "site.xml" file.
Symptom
When trying to install help from a remote site.xml, such as a product information center on IBM.com, an error message similar to this occurs:
No repository found at http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rsahelp/v8/site
